We’re thrilled to announce that today our team completed a massive delivery to the new “Meadow View” housing estate in Bury. After weeks of careful planning and coordination with the developers, over fifty pallets of building materials, landscaping supplies, and interior finishings rolled onto site by mid-morning. The delivery included everything from storm-resistant roofing panels and insulated wallboard, to paving slabs for the pedestrian pathways and planters for the communal green spaces. Our drivers and off-load crew worked seamlessly with the site foreman to ensure every item was placed exactly where it needed to go.
Beyond just bricks and mortar, we also brought in specialized equipment—portable heaters, power generators, and lighting rigs—to support the contractors working through the unpredictable spring weather. Coordinating all these separate components was no small feat: our logistics team synchronized three separate vehicles, timed the arrivals to avoid congestion on the narrow estate roads, and liaised with local traffic control to keep everything running smoothly. By early afternoon, the site was fully stocked and ready for the next phase of construction, and the developers were able to begin installing the first roof trusses without delay.
With this milestone behind us, the Meadow View project moves one step closer to its goal of delivering 120 modern, energy-efficient homes to the Bury community by next spring. We’re proud to have played a part in laying the foundation—not just literally, but for the families who will soon call this place home.
